１ｓｔ：Stratfords仲介在vivi老家附近 3人房

走過去約20多分鐘中途有小迷路因為路標十分不清楚
我們準時到了仲介小姐卻遲遲沒出現
參觀了周圍很安靜花園很大但興趣全消 why? 整體感吧
等到仲介小姐房內唯一優點是他的廚房很齊全
花園很大但髒旁邊的儲藏室也超可怕附加的廁所壞了好噁心
樓上的房間大小房間差很多還在床頭看到了"旺旺"貼紙
屋內唯一的浴室也很小洗臉盆居然可以比學校的還小
living room 比書房(所謂的第三間房on ground floor)還小
以為提供的沙發也只是暫放著等著垃圾車來領取
一整個就是不滿意總言:

12/15 去看了房子房東很nice 環境也不錯就是非常安靜非常"規格化"
基本上每間房子都長的一模一樣...還好有ex-地頭蛇"vivi"帶路
不然我一定會困在裡面...或者根本就走不到那兒
在學校呆久了出門就變路癡連有羊跟馬都驚訝 (鄉下地區)
房子狀態很好(五年房)但維持很好 vivi直說地毯很舒服
有個我很愛的小玻璃屋可以在裡面吃飯
原本我以為是算外面的區域不過卻有地毯讓我驚訝(≧∀≦)
兩間房(一大一小)共用一間浴室 +樓下的共用廁所
Furnished 是我們希望的條件之ㄧ
他提供了餐桌+床+沙發....還有+鍋碗瓢盆 (诶~~~~真特別)
但書桌要自己買衣櫥也沒比我現在宿舍的大
最後的問題是好遠!!! 走路要30分鐘坐車快了點15分鐘 (不加等的時間)
可惜生活機能不太好步行範圍沒有一間shops
Morrison, TESCO, ASDA 也都在bus無法到達的地方 (需轉車)
不過聽說有一間超市Roys 下次可以去看看
(反正我也逛膩Morrison了希望東西更多元化)
房東在仲介網站上NO STUDENTS 因此為了保證他的權益
他希望我們能提供 bank statement, reference(推薦信) and 3個月的房租+deposit £800
